The short version
I'm a technology and AI executive, author, and adjunct professor at Westminster University.
My work spans enterprise AI strategy, governance, and implementation. I bring more than two decades of experience across engineering, IT, operations, and large-scale transformation.
I've learned that the hard part is rarely recognizing a promising technology. The hard part is building the operating model, trust, governance, architecture, and leadership habits that let it produce durable value.
That is what I write about here. Sometimes it is enterprise AI and agentic systems. Sometimes it is security, productivity, organizational design, or wonder. The common thread is a desire to understand what the change means once real people and real institutions have to live with it.
